Who We Are

Home Builder Marketing has ties with new home sales and marketing that date back to 1975 when our founder and CEO, Fred Miller, began work as an on-site salesperson for the Pulte Home corporation in Denver Colorado.  Over the years Mr. Miller has employed his talents and experience as the General Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing with various national and regional builders.

Mr. Miller holds a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.  He is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, and the Chicago Association of Realtors.
